In this role, I was working within the Human Resource Department of the University on a consistent project. I was primarily the assistant to the team’s leaders, but I occasionally completed small projects for other team members. My roles and responsibilities varied day-to-day, as in most office environments. These were the most reoccurring:
- Downloading files from an online database to project folders and organizing files.
- Proof-reading job-descriptions and statements for spelling and grammatical errors.
- Developing a maintain a filing system.
